Our services include but not limited to Aircraft Refueling, Aviation Trucks Repairs & Maintenance, Heavy duty trucks repairs, Fleet Management etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Vulcanizer

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities
Automotive & Tyre Vulcanizer:

• Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of vehicle tires.
• Diagnosis: Inspect tires for wear, cuts, punctures, and tread depth to determine if they are repairable.
• Tire Repair: Seal punctures and perform hot or cold vulcanization using vulcanizing machines and tire curing presses.
• Wheel Operations: Mount, dismount, rotate, and balance wheels.
• Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance, monitor air pressure, and replace faulty valves.

Industrial & Mechanical Vulcanizer (Belt Splicer):

• Belt Repair: Perform hot and cold vulcanization to splice conveyor belts and repair tears.
• Inspections: Conduct routine checks on belts, pulleys, and idlers to identify wear.
• Component Replacement: Identify worn components (like idlers and lagging) and replace them to prevent plant downtime.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for long periods, and work in demanding conditions.
• Equipment Proficiency: Skilled in using hydraulic jacks, pneumatic wrenches, grinders, and vulcanizing presses.
• Safety Adherence: Strict compliance with health and safety standards.
