Addoz Integrated Resources - Our client, a reputable Cashew Manufacturing company with a robust production network in Nigeria, is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to urgently fill the position below:

Job Title: Shelling Machine Operator

Location: Mowe-Ibafo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Operate shelling machines by loading raw cashew nuts into the machines and monitoring the shelling process.
• Adjust machine settings, including speed, pressure, and blade gaps, based on nut size to minimize kernel breakage.
• Conduct quality inspections on shelled kernels to identify breakage, shell residue, or other defects.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues, clear jams, perform routine cleaning, and report major faults to the maintenance team.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE, including gloves, goggles, and ear protection.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining low kernel breakage rates.
• Maintain accurate records of machine runtime, production output, downtime, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND with a minimum of 2 years' experience operating shelling machines or similar production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to monitor and adjust machine settings for efficient production.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
• Must be willing to work in Mowe-Ibafo, Ogun State.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / Month.
