Job Title: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
Location: Epe, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customers, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate promotional and marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Supervise and support the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, or agro-processing sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
