We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Location: Epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customers, and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Coordinate promotional and marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Supervise and support the sales team to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, or agro-processing sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
