We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate artisans, contractors, and suppliers on-site for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
- Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budget.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders when necessary.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and materials to minimize wastage.
Requirements
- Applicants must be a qualified Civil Engineer with relevant site supervision experience in construction and real estate projects.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
