Job Description

• We are currently recruiting for a smart, organised, and detail-oriented Back-End Operations Coordinator for a premium hospitality and creative space in Lagos.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, organisation, and operational excellence, and enjoys ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.

• Can manage inventory, housekeeping, and operations efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Operations oversight & daily coordination
• Inventory & stock management
• Housekeeping coordination & quality control
• Maintenance tracking & vendor coordination
• Documentation & operational reporting
• Procurement coordination
• SOP & workflow management
• Internal operations coordination

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years experience.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks effectively
• Hospitality or operations experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with systems/software (SageOne or similar is a plus)
• Smart, proactive, and willing to learn.

Salary and Benefits

• N200,000 / Month.
