We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Growth Manager – B2B

Location: Lagos         
Employment Type: Full-time

Role

  • Lead and execute B2B growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive high-value client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to drive sales performance and business growth.

What We Expect

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise client acquisition.
  • Ability to generate qualified leads and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience closing deals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • A data-driven approach to tracking performance and optimizing sales outcomes.
  • Prior experience in Insurance, Banking, SaaS, or EdTech sales is required.
  • Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.

Salary
N650,000 net per month + Commission.
