We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to drive online growth, improve brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and optimize the performance of our digital assets.

Job Title: Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

Position Summary

  • The Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, enhance customer acquisition, and maximize return on marketing investment.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in SEO, website management, paid advertising, analytics, content optimization, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • This role requires a data-driven professional capable of translating marketing objectives into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online sales growth.
  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and recommend innovative growth opportunities.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, landing pages, and content for search visibility.
  • Improve organic search rankings and increase qualified website traffic.
  • Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor SEO performance and implement continuous improvements.

Website Management:

  • Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring functionality, security, and performance.
  • Update website content, product listings, menus, promotions, and landing pages.
  • Monitor website health, speed, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with developers when technical improvements are required.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for conversions and lead generation.

Paid Advertising:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • YouTube Ads
  • Display Advertising Networks
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively.
  • Track and improve campaign performance metrics.
  • Generate high-quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency.

Content Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing digital content.
  • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
  • Develop content strategies that support traffic generation and conversion goals.
  • Identify opportunities for evergreen and seasonal content campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor key digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • SEMrush
  • Ahrefs
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.

Email Marketing & CRM:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Build customer retention and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Maintain customer databases and mailing lists.
  • Track email performance metrics and optimize campaigns.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Analyze user journeys and website behavior.
  • Identify bottlenecks affecting conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization initiatives.
  • Improve website conversion rates and customer acquisition performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in digital marketing and SEO.
  • Demonstrated experience managing business websites and digital campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio of successful digital marketing projects and measurable results.
