Job Title: Social Media & Graphic Design Executive

Job Description / Responsibilities
- The Social Media and Graphic Design Executive shall be responsible for creating, curating, and managing all visual content and social media platforms for Property Question Nigeria Limited.
- The role is designed to enhance the company's brand presence, engage prospective property buyers and investors, and drive lead generation through compelling digital content.
- The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube, TikTok, with content tailored to the real estate market.
- Designing all visual assets for the company, including property flyers, brochure layouts, infographics, social media posts, website banners, and digital advertisements.
- Creating video content and short reels showcasing property listings, client testimonials, and market updates.
- Scheduling and publishing posts consistently using social media management tools.
- Monitoring social media engagement, responding to enquiries from prospective property buyers, and escalating qualified leads to the sales or advisory team.
- Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management, detailing engagement metrics, reach, lead conversion, and content performance using Google Workspace tools.
- Collaborating with the real estate advisory and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with ongoing property launches, open houses, and promotional offers.
- Staying updated on real estate industry trends, design innovations, and algorithm changes on social media platforms.
- Maintaining a consistent brand identity and visual tone across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Professional certifications in social media management or digital marketing shall be an added advantage.
Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years of progressive working experience in social media management and graphic design, with at least one year of experience within the real estate industry.
- A demonstrable portfolio of previous work, including property-related designs and social media campaigns.
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement and generating leads through digital content.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices for real estate marketing.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to transform property features into compelling digital content.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace (including Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs) for reporting, content planning, and data tracking.
- Basic videography and video editing skills for creating property tour reels and promotional clips.
- Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to write engaging captions, property descriptions, and call-to-action copy.
- High level of creativity and the ability to think outside conventional design frameworks.
- Self-discipline and the ability to work independently without the need for micro-management, as this is not a sign-in and sign-out position.
- Time management skills to meet strict content calendars and reporting deadlines.
Other Requirements:
- The position is strictly results-oriented and is not a sign-in and sign-out role. The successful candidate shall be evaluated primarily on output, content quality, engagement metrics, and report submission.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports consistently and on time using Google Workspace.
- A proven capacity to think creatively, propose original content ideas, and solve design problems without constant supervision is essential.
- The candidate must have access to a reliable computer, design software, and high-speed internet connection.
- A portfolio of recent work, including real estate-related designs, must be submitted with the application.
- Availability to work flexibly, including occasional coverage for weekend property events or urgent content updates.
Remuneration
Salary: N350,000.00 - N400,000.00 monthly.
