Job Title: Account and Finance Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inventory management and tracking
• Prepare invoices and manage billing processes
• Maintain accurate financial and accounting records
• Carry out account reconciliation and reporting
• Provide weekly updates on receivables and payables
• Support general accounting and administrative functions
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and distribution company.
• Experience with accounting software is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic accounting tools
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Male candidates are preferred for gender balance.
