Ltd a cleaning service company for several multi-national companies, corporate bodies, industrial clients as well as individual clients now has seven other subsidiaries ranging from Defence Products (Land Systems, Air Systems, Naval Systems and Body Armour), Private Cemeteries, Steel and Construction.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • Ensure general cleanliness of the premises.
  • Supervise the security unit and liaise with Security Company regularly.
  • Assist in the administration of offices.
  • Assist in overseeing logistics matters.
  • Coordinate with technicians to fix utilities and resolve issues and concerns.
  • Coordinate staff meeting and preparation/circulation of the minutes.
  • Ensure provision of efficient support to the entire organization
  • Ensure proper records of corporate/statutory regulatory agency file and company records, maintaining their confidentiality.
  • To carry out any other functions that may be assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.

Requirements

  • First degree / HND in any Arts or Social sciences
  • Minimum Educational Qualifications and Work Experience.

 Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
