We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Growth Manager – B2C

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2C growth strategies to drive business expansion.
  • Lead high-value customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and market segments.
  • Provide leadership and direction to drive sustainable growth and performance.

What We Expect

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in target-driven sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management skills.
  • Experience closing deals and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in Insurance, Banking, SaaS, or EdTech sales is required.

Salary
N250,000 monthly Net + Commission.
