Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Yaba / Ebute Meta / Jibowu / Akoka - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Outlet Manager or any designated supervisor.

Job Summary

• The Office Assistant is responsible for providing general support services to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, showroom, and warehouse.
• The role involves cleaning, administrative support, stock handling, and other janitorial duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning and maintenance of office premises, showroom, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
• Assist in running official errands and delivering documents as directed by management or staff.
• Photocopy, print, scan, and file documents when required.
• Operate the paint tinting machine in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Arrange and organize products in the showroom and storage areas to ensure neatness and easy accessibility.
• Assist in the offloading, loading, and movement of products and materials within the premises.
• Support stock handling and inventory organization in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain a clean working environment at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues, equipment faults, or safety concerns to management.
• Perform any other administrative, operational, or janitorial duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / WAEC qualification.
• Ability to read and write effectively.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
• Good attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
