Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL) is a Nigerian workforce solutions company providing personnel outsourcing, recruitment, payroll administration, and workforce support services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Agent

Locations: Lagos Island, V.I, Ikoyi, Lekki, Chevron, Ajah and Ibeju Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical equipment and healthcare solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client documentation
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines
  • Prior experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or medical equipment sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Strong documentation and reporting discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
