Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role
- We are seeking a mature, emotionally intelligent HR professional to oversee and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function.
- The HR Manager will be responsible for building a positive workplace culture, ensuring HR policies and compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with emotional intelligence.
- Administer payroll, benefits, leave management, and statutory remittances in line with Nigerian Labour Law.
- Drive performance management, training, and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide HR reports and insights to MD/COO to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2nd Class Lower / Upper Credit HND.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar HR role with hands-on experience.
- Certification: CIPM certification is an added advantage.
- Age: 30 years and above.
- Gender: Male / Female – all qualified candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and maturity in handling sensitive issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Execution excellence and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Act and HR best practices.
Preferred Background:
- Real Estate industry experience is an advantage.
Remuneration
- Salary: N400,000 Net monthly - take-home after PAYE, employee pension, and NHF deductions.
- Other Benefits: HMO, Pension, Bonuses, and other statutory benefits.
