Role Overview

• We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with proven experience in the mining industry to join our team in Muro.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, supervising, and maintaining civil infrastructure that supports mining operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site infrastructure design: Plan and design roads, drainage systems, foundations, and other civil structures for mining operations.
• Project management: Oversee construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Safety compliance: Implement and monitor safety protocols in line with mining regulations.
• Structural analysis: Conduct assessments to ensure stability and durability of civil works.
• Collaboration: Work closely with geologists, mining engineers, and environmental specialists.
• Maintenance planning: Develop schedules for inspection and upkeep of civil structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in mining or heavy industrial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis software.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, environmental standards, and safety codes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Location & Work Environment:

• Based in Muro, with site visits required.
