Job Summary

• A leading healthcare and physiotherapy organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist / Clinic Coordinator to lead clinical operations and support business growth at its Asaba clinic.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with leadership and operational management capabilities.
• The role involves overseeing the delivery of physiotherapy services, supervising junior therapists, ensuring excellent patient care and customer satisfaction, supporting business development initiatives, and driving operational efficiency within the clinic.

Key responsibilities include

• Managing day-to-day clinic and staff operations
• Providing high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans
• Supervising and mentoring junior therapists and students
• Supporting referral generation and clinic business growth
• Ensuring proper patient documentation, billing, compliance, and site maintenance
• Driving revenue, productivity, and overall clinic performance
• Contributing to policy development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy (MSc/Doctorate is an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC professional experience
• Current MRTB license
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills
• Experience in supervising and training junior staff

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (shift rotation: 8am–5pm or 10am–7pm)
• Alternate Saturdays: 9am–3pm.
