Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses to support diagnosis and treatment of patients, ensuring accuracy and safety in all procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and process patient samples (blood, urine, etc.).
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and record results accurately.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and adherence to infection‑control protocols.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely reporting of results.
Qualifications & Skills
- OND / HND qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Registration with Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory.
- Good analytical skills, precision, and adherence to safety standards.
