Job Title: Sales Assistant
Locations: Surulere, Festac, and Lekki- Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness
- Support stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory counts
- Follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
- Participate in promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
Requirements
- B.S.c / HND / OND qualification
- 1- 2 years of previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
