Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
- Support leadership in driving employee productivity and performance.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and corporate roles.
- Improve onboarding and employee integration programs.
- Develop talent pipelines for future staffing needs.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.
- Support managers in addressing performance challenges.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and recommend improvement initiatives.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Promote continuous learning across the organization.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years progressive HR experience.
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or HR Business Partner.
- Experience within service, hospitality, FMCG, retail, logistics, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.

- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent employee relations and conflict resolution skills.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
