Description

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the organization's day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across all departmen
• The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional business acumen and a proven track record of managing teams and improving organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily business operations
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals
• Monitor organizational performance and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure efficiency
• Develop policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs
• Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and staff
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for executive management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage
• Proven experience in a senior management or operations leadership role
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and performance management
• Ability to drive organizational growth and operational efficiency.
