Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We’re looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to support our team at Victoria Island.
• You’ll be the go-to person for employees on day-to-day HR, compliance, and culture. Great fit if you like variety and working directly with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee relations: Handle onboarding, offboarding, queries, grievances, and maintain positive employee experience
• Recruitment: Post jobs, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, extend offers for mid-level roles
• HR admin & compliance: Maintain HR records, manage leave/attendance, ensure compliance with Nigeria Labour Act + company policies
• Payroll support: Liaise with finance to ensure accurate monthly payroll, taxes, pensions, NHIS
• Policies & engagement: Draft/update HR policies, run engagement initiatives, performance reviews, training coordination

Requirements

• Education: BSc Degree / HND in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field
• Experience: 3-5 years HR Generalist experience, preferably in Lagos
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of Nigeria Labour Law, payroll, HRIS tools. CIPM/CIPD certification is a plus
• Skills: Discretion with confidential info, strong communication, good judgment, Excel + Google Workspace.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
