Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is looking to employ a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale construction projects in Lagos, Nigeria.
• You will manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, budget, and to required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met
• Ensure compliance with Lagos state regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions
• Manage project teams, including coordination and supervision of subcontractors
• Handle project reporting, communication, and stakeholder management
• Conduct site visits, review progress, and ensure adherence to standards
• Manage project finances, including budget tracking and cost controlEnsure timely resolution of project issues and disputes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture or related field
• Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, MBA or related field will be an added advantage
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale constrctionprojects in Nigeria
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, construction practices, and safety standards
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
