Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our Software, a pharmaceutical and healthcare management software solution designed for pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare distributors.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive software adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients across pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical distributors
  • Present, demonstrate, and pitch Software to potential customers
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable software solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Conduct product demos (virtual and physical)
  • Work with marketing and technical teams to improve customer acquisition and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports using CRM tools
  • Gather market feedback and report competitor activity

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Conversion rate from leads to sales
  • Customer retention and renewal rate
  • Number of product demos conducted
  • Pipeline growth and deal closure time

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND with 1–4 years of sales experience (SaaS, pharmaceutical, or healthcare tech sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical products in simple business terms
  • Familiarity with pharmacy operations or healthcare systems is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

Salary and Benefit

  • N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
  • Incentives for business closures
