Job Summary
- Vitel Wireless Limited is seeking results-driven Online Sales Representatives (OSRs) to recruit, onboard, and manage mobile agents and retail partners across Nigeria.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, recruitment, persuasion, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build agent networks and drive SIM card sales within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage mobile agents and retail partners.
- Grow agent networks and drive SIM card sales within assigned territories.
- Use digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to attract and engage prospective agents.
- Support agents with onboarding, product knowledge, and SIM ordering processes.
- Follow up on agent performance and encourage consistent sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with agents to drive retention and business growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to territory expansion.
- Prepare periodic reports on agent recruitment and sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND qualification.
- At least 2 years' experience in sales, business development, agent acquisition, or territory management.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Experience recruiting and managing agents or distribution partners.
- Proficient in using smartphones, social media, WhatsApp Business, Google Maps, and other digital tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and drive territory growth.
Compensation
- Salary: N100,000 per month.
