Job Title: Online Sales Representative

Job Summary

  • Vitel Wireless Limited is seeking results-driven Online Sales Representatives (OSRs) to recruit, onboard, and manage mobile agents and retail partners across Nigeria.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, recruitment, persuasion, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build agent networks and drive SIM card sales within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage mobile agents and retail partners.
  • Grow agent networks and drive SIM card sales within assigned territories.
  • Use digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to attract and engage prospective agents.
  • Support agents with onboarding, product knowledge, and SIM ordering processes.
  • Follow up on agent performance and encourage consistent sales activities.
  • Build strong relationships with agents to drive retention and business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to territory expansion.
  • Prepare periodic reports on agent recruitment and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND qualification.
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales, business development, agent acquisition, or territory management.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience recruiting and managing agents or distribution partners.
  • Proficient in using smartphones, social media, WhatsApp Business, Google Maps, and other digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and drive territory growth.

Compensation

  • Salary: N100,000 per month.
