We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, Enterprise Growth and Market Development
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify and develop opportunities across target industries.
- Build relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Lead proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Manage the business development pipeline and growth initiatives.
- Develop strategic partnerships and market expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in business development, enterprise sales, client acquisition, or market development.
- Proven track record of winning and managing corporate accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in outsourcing, HR services, BPO, consulting, or related sectors will be an advantage.
