Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
• The responsibilities of this role include driving sales initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, developing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, building brand awareness, and achieving sales targets.
• The selected candidate will work collaboratively with both the sales and Media teams to execute business strategies and ensure the company’s products and services meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven skills in Sales and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies and Campaigns
• Strong Business Development, Communication, and Negotiation skills
• Ability to Analyze Market Data and Generate Insights
• Knowledge of the Insurance industry and its products is an advantage
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and techniques is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Compensation Structure

• Salary: N150,000 monthly
• Commission: 5% on confirmed sales.
