Job Title: Field Sales Contractor

Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Contractor (Stationery) to support the growth of our stationery product distribution across assigned territories.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales performance within supermarkets, factories and other retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s stationery products to Supermarket, factories and other retail channels.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
• Ensure proper product visibility and market penetration.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Have previous sales experience in stationery industry.
• Understanding of sales strategy for modern market -Factory and Supermarket.
• Must possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively.
• Good knowledge of Lagos market and retail channels is preferred.
• Must be goal-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused.

Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 monthly
• Transport Allowance: N50,000
• Attractive Commission Structure
