Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Port Harcourt.
- The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client solutions.
- The role also involves representing Eudora & Aegle Group at industry events and contributing to long-term organizational strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved
- Number of new clients acquired
- Lead-to-client conversion rate
- Strategic partnerships established
- Client retention and satisfaction rate
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and business analysis
- Experience in client relationship management and partnership development
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Knowledge of block chain technology and its applications is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Proven track record in business development or sales management
- High degree of self-motivation, leadership skills, and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of international education systems or migration processes is an added advantage

Work Structure

- Flexible working schedule based on outreach activities and target achievement
- Performance-based incentives and commission structure apply.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
