Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Design Team Lead to join our creative department.
• As the Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the design team, ensuring high - quality visual output, and aligning design strategies with business goals.
• You will collaborate closely with cross - functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to deliver compelling and effective design solutions.
• The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of design principles, user experience, and brand consistency. You should be able to inspire and mentor a team of designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Your role will also involve managing project timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring that all design deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• In this role, you will be expected to stay up - to - date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the team’s capabilities.
• You will also play a key role in hiring and onboarding new design talent, conducting performance reviews, and setting professional development goals for team members.

• Strong understanding of user - centered design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
