We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Manager - Microfinance Bank

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

  • Lead the restructuring and optimization of the Bank’s organizational and operational framework to improve efficiency, accountability, and overall performance across all departments.
  • Recruit and onboard high-performing talents for critical positions, with a primary focus on Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and other strategic roles required for the Bank’s growth.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive Performance Management System, including staff evaluation, appraisal, and productivity measurement processes.
  • Develop and execute staff retention strategies aimed at improving employee engagement, reducing turnover, and enhancing workforce stability.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient, cost-effective administrative system that supports the Bank’s operational objectives and promotes prudent resource utilization.
  • Design and implement a structured employee reward and recognition framework to drive performance, motivation, and accountability across the Bank.
  • Support business growth initiatives through the introduction of new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and talent-driven revenue-generating programs.
  • Develop and implement business promotion and brand awareness initiatives that strengthen the Bank’s employer brand and market presence.
  • Drive the institutionalization of the Bank’s culture, values, and behavioral standards across all levels of the organization.
  • Review, develop, and standardize comprehensive Job Descriptions (JDs) for all positions within the Bank to ensure role clarity and accountability.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Human Resource Information System (HRIS) platform to streamline HR operations and improve.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 6 - 10 years experience.
