Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will manage all customer's requests for services and products offered in the organization, enlighten clients on features and benefits of goods or services to be purchased, and deliver excellent customer experience.

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Provide relevant benefits and features of products and services offered.
• Documenting accurately all customer information on organization software.
• Process orders efficiently and accurately.
• Providing timely and consistent feedback to customers.
• Soliciting and resolving customer complaints within the defined resolution timeframe.
• Upselling and cross-selling to clients on products and services.
• Maintain a clean ambiance of the working station and environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of BSc / HND qualification in any field of study.
• 0-2 years experience as a customer support or customer service officer.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Must be comfortable with pets (dogs & cats).
• Proximity to Lekki is an advantage.

Soft Skills Requirements:

• Emotional Intelligence.
• Team player.

Salary
N250,000 / month.
