Job Summary 

• We are seeking a smart, energetic, and result-driven Sales & Lead Conversion Executive to join our growing real estate company.
• The ideal candidate must be highly proactive, confident in communication, skilled in follow-up, and passionate about closing sales.
• This role is strictly performance-focused and requires someone who can generate leads, convert prospects, book inspections, and drive land sales aggressively.
• The candidate must understand how to use social media, WhatsApp marketing, and relationship-building to attract and convert buyers.

Requirements
Candidate Must:

• Have strong communication and persuasion skills
• Be confident and professional
• Have sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Be social media savvy
• Be highly organized with follow-up
• Be target-driven and self-motivated
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Have good smartphone and internet skills

Salary
N80000 - N120000 per month.
