Job Title: Home Care Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, organized, and compassionate registered nurse to supervise home care operations and support our caregivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support caregivers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor caregivers' attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct client visits and follow - ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle caregiver scheduling, deployment, and replacements when necessary.
• Escalate and report incidents, complaints, or emergencies appropriately.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
• Participate in caregiver recruitment, orientation, and training.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license and a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years post - graduate nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in home care, elderly care, or patient management is an added advantage.
• Ability to supervise caregivers and maintain professional standards.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and report writing.
• Must be professional, compassionate, and detail - oriented.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 / month.
