We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment (GPS, Total Station, etc.)
• Measure and map land boundaries, elevations, and topography
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and drawings
• Verify accuracy of survey data and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety standards
• Set out construction works according to approved plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in surveying tools and software (AutoCAD, GIS, etc.)
• Strong understanding of land laws and regulations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Professional certification (e.g., SURCON, NIS) is an added advantage.
