Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Creating strategic HR plans.
- Administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees.
- Supporting the performance review process.
- Resolving conflict among employees.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.
- Forecasting future staffing needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Extensive knowledge of HR principles and processes.
- Competence in using HR data to make strategic decisions.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage change effectively.
- Skill in aligning HR programs with company goals.
- Hospitality experience is a Must.
