We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Auto Mechanic

Location: Okitipupa, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilties

• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs on company vehicles.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Toyota Hilux vehicles, vans, cars, and other fleet vehicles.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and identify potential mechanical issues.
• Repair and replace defective vehicle components and parts.
• Carry out engine, transmission, suspension, brake, steering, and electrical system repairs.
• Maintain service records and maintenance logs for all vehicles attended to.
• Ensure vehicles comply with safety and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve vehicle breakdowns promptly.
• Recommend replacement parts and maintenance requirements.
• Collaborate with the Fleet and Transport Team to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the workshop area.

Qualifications

• SSCE, OND, Trade Test Certificate, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Professional mechanical certifications will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• 4 - 6 years proven experience as an Auto Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of Toyota Hilux vehicles, vans, cars, and fleet maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle faults.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
• Relevant technical certification or trade qualification is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
