Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Description

  • Are you a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in real estate sales? Do you have the ability to lead high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and close high-value deals? If yes, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Drive property sales and business growth across the company's portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and increase conversions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market.
