Job Title: Front Desk Officer / Receptionist

Responsibilities

  • The front desk receptionist is an essential role in various sectors, providing customer service and administrative support.
  • Their responsibilities include:
  • Greeting guests and clients and answering inquiries.
  • Managing calls and coordinating schedules.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as correspondence and document organization.
  • Ensuring guests satisfaction by addressing requests and complaints.
  • Maintaining a professional and clean front desk area.

Requirements

  • Must be a Male
  • Age Between 20-27
  • Qualifications are B.S.c OR HND.
