Requirements

• 1-3 years customer service, retal sales, or call center experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong conflict resonand problem-solving abilities CRM software proficiency
• Basic understanding or passion for solar energy systems, Inverters bomeres, and renewable technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
