Job Title: Legal Counsel
Location: Sura, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions.
- Support clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Attend meetings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Post-Call experience.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and advisory skills.
- Ability to manage transactions and provide sound legal support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
