We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• We’re looking for an HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations and help build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate hiring, interviews, and new hire onboarding
• Employee Relations: Handle staff queries, grievances, and maintain employee records
• Payroll & Compliance: Support payroll processing, leave tracking, and ensure compliance with labor laws
• HR Policies: Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in HR or related field
• 2+ years HR experience, preferably in FMCG/manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Good communication + MS Office skills.
• Industry: FMCG - experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
