Key responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Ensuring the spa environment is clean and inviting
- Assisting guests with their spa treatments
- Ensuring spa treatments are carried out safely and professionally
- Assisting with the set-up and break-down of the spa area
- Carrying out any additional duties as requested by management
- Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times
- Responding to any guest enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensuring spa facilities are in good working order
- Addressing any complaints in a professional manner.
