We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
Business Growth & Expansion:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in truck fleet management, logistics support services, vehicle maintenance contracts, leasing, and real estate investments. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities across all business units to existing customers.
- Conduct regular client engagement meetings to identify additional business opportunities.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Transport Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, with relevant years of experience.
- An MBA or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 10 years' proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Commercial Management.
- Prior experience in conglomerates, transportation and logistics, real estate, or heavy equipment and truck sales will be preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and securing major business accounts.
