We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Marketing

Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

  • Division-Specific Growth Strategies: Secure corporate contracts, Strong focus on revenue generation, scalability, and closing high- stakes contracts.and drive occupancy and banquet revenue for Hospitality.
  • Strategy Development: Design and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Operational Leadership: Set and monitor sales targets, implement a group-wide CRM, and work with Finance on competitive pricing models.
  • Community Management: Monitor social channels daily, respond to comments/DMs, spark conversations, and handle customer queries quickly.
  • Content Scheduling: Maintain a consistent multi-channel content calendar using scheduling tools to optimize posting times.
  • Social Listening: Monitor internet trends, industry news, viral audio, and competitor activity to pivot content strategy rapidly.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key weekly metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach) to optimize future campaigns.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify, pitch, and coordinate partnerships with content creators and industry influencers to expand brand reach.
  • Good communication skill,Product knowledge & competitor information
  • Negotiation & persuasion skill
  • Ability to understand & communicate product details effectively
  • Good knowledge of dealers from the industry
  • Complete sale targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is preferred
  • 2–4 years of proven experience managing professional Marketing/social media accounts and building organic digital communities.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual content creation, short-form video editing, and copywriting skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, SEO hashtags, distribution tactics, and platform-specific best practices.
