We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Nursing Educator - LCNS

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are seeking a qualified and passionate Nursing Educator to join our academic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing education, supporting students’ academic and clinical development, and maintaining excellence in teaching and learning standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures and practical sessions in nursing and related subjects
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools
  • Supervise and support students during clinical postings and practicals
  • Evaluate students’ academic performance through tests, assignments, and examinations
  • Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for nursing education
  • Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate academic records and reports

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BNSc); a Master’s degree in Nursing or Education is an added advantage
  • 3–5 years teaching experience in a nursing institution or relevant clinical experience
  • Strong knowledge of nursing education standards and curriculum
  • Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the use of instructional and educational technologies.
