Job Description

• The Customer Service Representative is responsible for direct customer interaction and execution of payment-related tasks. Their performance directly impacts customer trust, satisfaction, and company reputation.

Responsibilities

• Promptly acknowledging all customer messages. No customer enquiry should be left unattended to.
• Processcustomer payments accurately and timely
• Forwardvalidated transactions to the pay group without delay
• Communicateclearly with customers when delays occur
• Provideprofessional, calm, and respectful responses at all times
• Monitorassigned chats during active shifts
• Escalateunresolved or sensitive payment issues immediately
• Followall Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly
• Preventcustomer frustration through proactive communication/Engagement.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team in responding to clients if there is slow response from the Sales Personnels.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Must have HND or BSc in any field
• Must have experience working in a cryptocurrency company
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or any related field.
• Must reside within Lekki and its environs.
