We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Officer

Location: Oke-afa Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, X (Twitter), TikTok, Youtube, and other relevant channels.
  • Schedule and publish engaging content regularly.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality text, images, videos, and graphics for social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop relevant and engaging content.
  • Write compelling captions, social media posts, and promotional content.
  • Monitor social media platforms and respond promptly to comments , messages, and enquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with followers, customers, and online communities.
  • Manage feedback and escalate issues when necessay.
  • Plan and exceute social media marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Support product launches, events, and brand awareness intitiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higer National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management are an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Proven experience managing business social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Experience using social media management and analytic tools.
