Job Title: Payment Officer

Job Description

• The Payment Officer is responsible for accurate, timely, and verified processing of all customer payments, ensuring zero loss, zero manipulation, and full transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payouts accurately and promptly
• Confirm payments before release
• Match payment proofs with system records
• Prevent duplicate, wrong, or fraudulent payments
• Maintain proper transaction documentation
• Escalate all payment irregularities immediately
• Follow all SOPs without shortcuts or assumptions
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Education, Experience & Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Sales or related field.
• Must reside within Lekki and its environs.
