Job Title: Level 1 Network Operating officer

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Level 1 NOC Engineer to monitor network performance, detect faults, and escalate issues to ensure smooth network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems and customer connections.
• Detect faults and log incidents using monitoring tools.
• Perform basic troubleshooting (ping, traceroute, interface checks).
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers.
• Track and update tickets in the system.
• Provide regular updates during incidents.
• Prepare daily shift and performance reports.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in telecom or ISP environment.
• Basic knowledge of networking (IP, fiber, wireless).
• Familiarity with tools like PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds is a plus.
• Certifications (CCNA, Network+) are an advantage.
