Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• The successful candidate will coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining quality standards and compliance with HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site personnel.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Inspect work completed and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, attendance, incidents, and progress reports.
• Identify and escalate technical or operational challenges that may impact project delivery.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure workers understand site safety requirements.
• Assist in site measurements, quantity verification, and material reconciliation.
• Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders as required.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years' experience supervising construction projects.
• Proven experience in building construction, civil works, renovations, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating site labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 per month.
